We are hiring a dependable, full-time team member to maintain both the exterior grounds and interior common areas of a well-kept property in East Boca Raton.

This is a steady, daytime position for someone who takes pride in their work and wants consistent hours with a company that values reliability and long-term commitment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Daily exterior upkeep including trash removal, tasking out dumpsters, recycling, etc.
Cleaning and maintaining interior common areas and facilities
Noticing and reporting maintenance issues before they become bigger problems
Maintaining a professional presence on site at all times

The Schedule

Full-time
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Stable, consistent hours every week

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Prior groundskeeping or janitorial experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
